  • Free Shipping (orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping

Returns & Exchanges

We want every golf enthusiast to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If something isn’t right, our simple returns process will have you back on the course quickly.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached
  • Golf equipment (clubs, balls, etc.) must show no signs of use
  • Apparel and accessories must be unworn with original hygiene liners intact

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Golf gloves (due to personal fitting and hygiene considerations)
  • Golf socks (for hygiene reasons)
  • Any personalized or custom-ordered items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

How to Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for approval – We’ll review your request and send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved
  3. Package securely – Use the original packaging with all accessories and documentation
